LOCKPORT, IL — District 91 Kelvin Grove Middle School's seventh grade girls' basketball team is headed to the first round of the IESA Class 3A state tournament.
The team from Lockport will face Williamsville at 1 p.m. on Dec. 2 at Auburn High School, according to IESA.
Kelvin Grove is 21-5, and Williamsville is 23-1.

The winner of the match-up will play the winner of Piasa Southwestern and Stanford Olympia later in the day on Dec. 2. The third-place game, and the state championship, will be played on Dec. 7.
