Lockport Holds Meet And Greet With HBO Actress
The actress from the critically acclaimed series will be at the Roxy on June 20 for the event.
LOCKPORT, IL — Meet one of the actresses of HBO's "Somebody Somewhere," at a Meet and Greet Book Talk on June 20 at The Roxy Theater in Lockport.
Heidi Johanningmeier, who played Charity in the HBO series (which filmed in Lockport), will be at the Roxy from 6 to 8 p.m. for the event. According to the City, Johanningmeier will share the inspiration behind her new novel, "A Mother's Mission."
In addition to "Somebody Somewhere," Johanningmeier also has screen credits for Chicago PD (NBC) and Proven Innocent (FOX), as well as guest appearances on Shameless, CSI: NY, Betrayal, Detroit 1-8-7, and The Beast with Patrick Swayze. She also starred in the psychological thriller 100 Days to Live.
