Not So Scary Hayride Offered Oct. 13, 14 At Dellwood Park

For those who aren't big fans of haunted houses, the Not So Scary Hayride is for you.

LOCKPORT, IL — If haunted houses aren't your jam or if you have small children, then the Not So Scary Hayride at Dellwood Park is for you.

The Lockport Township Park District will hold the Not So Scary Hayride from 2 to 5 p.m. on Oct. 13 and Oct. 14 at the park, 199 E. Woods Drive.

The event will include hayrides, games, face painting, a live performance from Miss Jamie's Farm, food and candy, and an appearance from the Ghostbusters, according to the Park District. The event is also sponsored by CITGO.

Costumes are encouraged for the event. You must buy your tickets online, there are no on-site ticket sales. It is $10 per person.

If you do like the scarier side of things, then the Hayride of Horror, or Curse of the Bayou is for you.
