State Rep. Sheehan Launches Back-To-School Supply Drive

HOMER GLEN, IL — Students are gearing up for the start of a new school year, and State Representative Patrick Sheehan is rallying community support to ensure every student in the district starts off strong, according to a release from his office. Rep. Sheehan’s Back-to-School Supply Drive is now underway and donations of essential supplies are now accepted at his district office.

“By coming together, we can help relieve the financial burden on families and make sure students in need have the tools they need to succeed,” Sheehan said in a release. “Every backpack, notebook, and pencil donated makes a real difference.”

You can drop off donations at Rep. Sheehan’s District Office, located at 15746 S. Bell Road in Homer Glen. The District Office is open Monday through Thursday: 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Friday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.

All collected supplies will be distributed to students throughout the district who need a helping hand as they head back to school, Sheehan's office said.
