3 Injured When Car Veers Off Road, Hits Pole: Homewood PD
Three people were injured when a car left the road and hit a pole Monday afternoon, Homewood police said.
HOMEWOOD, IL — Three people were injured Monday afternoon when a car struck a pole, police siad.
On November 25 at approximately 3:30 p.m., Homewood police and fire departments were called to the 18100 block of Harwood Avenue for the report of a traffic crash. Responding officers learned that a white Nissan traveling northbound on Harwood drove off the roadway and struck a pole.
The driver and two occupants of the vehicle were treated by Homewood Fire Department Paramedics and transported to area hospitals.

The circumstances of the crash are under investigation by the Homewood Police Department Criminal Investigations Unit with assistance from the Suburban Major Accident Reconstruction Team (SMART).
