A Homewood man was at his home in the 18400 block of Center Ave on the night of Friday, Jan. 10 when he was alerted by a "loud crash." The noise happened around 9 p.m., according to police. It wasn't until the next morning that the man discovered his front picture window had been shattered—apparently by a thrown glass bottle. Police say no evidence was recovered on the scene.
