Chenise Belue Replaces Barbara Dawkins On Homewood Board
Officials approved Belue for the spot after Dawkins resigned to take a spot as an associate judge in Cook County's traffic division.

HOMEWOOD, IL — Chenise Belue will serve as a trustee on Homewood's Village Board after the resignation of Barbara Dawkins, the board approved last week.
Dawkins had been a trustee for 12 years before stepping down in October to serve as an associate judge for Cook County's traffic division.
Belue is a teacher at Gen. George Patton Elementary in Riverdale and has served on the Homewood Library Board. She is a member of Homewood's Beautification Committee and is active in Homewood Elementary District 153, according to village officials.
