Flossmoor Village Hall And Public Works Remain Closed To Public
Residents may conduct business with the Village remotely via mail, drop box, email or phone.
Flossmoor Village Hall and Public Works remain closed to the public in accordance with the State of Illinois' tier three restrictions. During this time, residents may conduct business with the Village remotely via mail, drop box, email or phone. Drop boxes are located in the Village Hall parking lot and in the Police Department lobby.
Flossmoor Village Board of Trustee meetings will continue to be held virtually. Residents are invited to monitor the meeting using the dial-in number listed on the agendas found at www.flossmoor.org.

Public participation will be permitted only during the Citizen Comment portion of the agenda. Members of the public may also comment on items on the agenda by email to info@flossmoor.org. Comments received by 6:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting will be read during the meeting.
Water Bills:

Water bill payments may be dropped off in the drop boxes in the Village Hall parking lot (no cash) or the Police Department lobby (cash accepted). Online payments can be accepted via Invoice Cloud.
New Water Accounts:
Application for new water/sewer accounts will be processed electronically. You can email a copy of the required documents to cmelendez@flossmoor.org or drop them off at the Police Department. Find out more about the required documents at www.flossmoor.org.
Building Permits and Inspections:
PDF's of all Building Permit Applications are available on our Permit Fact Sheets and Applications page. If you need a copy emailed or mailed please let us know. A fillable building permit application may also be submitted through our website.
Completed applications should be emailed, faxed, delivered through our drop boxes or returned via U.S. Mail along with any supporting documents (contractor requirements, signed copy of the contract, plat, etc.) and a check with the cost if known. See our Contractor Requirements, Permit Fact Sheets and Applications and Basic Permit Fee pages to help you or call our office at (708) 957-4101. Payments can be accepted at the drop boxes in the Village Hall parking lot (no cash) or the Police Department (cash accepted).
If you (property owner or contractor) are faxing or emailing your application, we will contact you when review is complete with the cost of the permit and ask that you send a check (with construction address on check or attached letter) in the mail or in our drop box in the Village Hall Parking Lot or in the Police Department lobby.
At this time, our system does not support over the phone credit card payments. We will then fax the completed permit, email a PDF copy of the permit or the permit can be mailed to you via U.S. Mail. We can also make arrangements for pickup at the Police Department.
Emergency Services:
Emergency services will continue normally, unless otherwise advised, but at this time child safety seat installations, fingerprinting and other non-life-safety inspections will be delayed.
The Flossmoor Police Department will still take reports via phone or in office, but any in-person reports will be taken socially distanced, when applicable.
