Garden Club’s Monthly Meeting Features Master Gardener
The South Suburban Garden Club will hold its monthly meeting on Tuesday, Aug. 6, at 7 p.m. at the Flossmoor Community House. The meeting will feature guest speaker Shirlee Evans, a University of Illinois Master Gardener.

Calling everyone with a green thumb, or at least all the gardening weekend warriors.
The South Suburban Garden Club is holding its monthly meeting on Tuesday, Aug. 6. This month, master gardner Shirlee Evans will guest speak. Evans has a degree in horticulture and worked as the director of propagation and production for the Fields Nursery in Crest Hill.

The meeting will take place at 7 p.m. at the Flossmoor Community House, 847 Hutchinson Road, in Flossmoor. The event is free to attend and all gardeners are welcome.
