H-F Park District Welcomes New Supt. of Recreation

The Homewood-Flossmoor Park District recently hired Stephanie Simpson as their new superintendent of recreation, reports the Sun-Times Media. 

Simpson previously held a role as recreation supervisor for the Village of Orland Park and the Channahon Park District before that. She holds a degree in leisure studies from the University of Illinois and a master's in business from St. Xavier University. 

Simpson filled the void left by former Recreation Supt. Tracey Anderson, who left the H-F Park District after 10 years to take a job as Executive Director for the Morton Grove Park District.
