Holiday Lights Budget Increase: On the Agenda
A preview of what will be discussed and voted on during Homewood's Tuesday, Nov. 26 village board meeting.
Mayor Richard Hofeld and the Homewood trustees will gather at village hall at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday night for the village's Nov. 26 business meeting.
Among the agenda items is an amendment to increase Homewood's annual Holiday Lights event budget from $10,000 to $30,000. The extra $20,000 was donated to the village by South Suburban Advocate.
Holiday Lights in Homewood will take place this year on Friday, Dec. 6 and Saturday, Dec. 7.
