Homewood Artisan Street Fair 2019: What To Know Before You Go

HOMEWOOD, IL — The 2019 Homewood Artisan Street Fair is bigger than ever before, boasting more than 100 artists from across the Midwest who will display their talents Friday and Saturday.

The street fair, now in its 12th year, also features live music, a food court, food trucks and a makerspace tent packed with activities.

Vendors include candles from Amante Marketplace, bath products by Hannah Bee Honey, ceramics by Cambric Clay, children’s items by Little Threads Boutique, fiber arts by Campfire Cables, fine artworks by DAK INSPIRED, furniture by Gingerdaze, home decor by Side Hustle Print and Press, jewelry by Straight From the Heart Designs, outdoor art by Twisted Pine Wreaths, paper by Nourishing Notes and vintage goods from Wicked Vintage. The vendors were curated by Dodi Wians and Lisa Komorowski of Homewood’s Loulou Belle.

On Friday, check out one-man-band, MG Bailey at 4 p.m. and The McDowell Brothers at 5:15 p.m. Close out the night with the nine-piece funk band, Nasty Snacks.

The fun continues in the morning with Homewood's newest pop, folk and bluegrass group, Butterfield Creek. Timeless and Homewood favorite Work in Progress also will be performing.

The Homewood Artisan Street Fair is Fri., June 7 and Sat., June 8 on Martin Ave. in between Ridge Road and Hickory Road. It is free and open to the public.
