Homewood-Flossmoor Pride Fest Set To Celebrate Diversity, Inclusion
The third annual Pride Fest is set for Friday, June 20.

FLOSSMOOR, IL — Celebrate Pride Month with the third annual Pride Fest on Friday, June 20, from 5 to 9 p.m.
Residents are invited to join the Homewood-Flossmoor Park District, Village of Flossmoor and Village of Homewood on Friday, June 20 as they celebrate the spirit of diversity and inclusion at Irwin Park, 18120 S. Highland Avenue, Homewood.

At 5 p.m., food and beverage sales will begin. MC Queen Sasha Love and The Bel Canto Community Choir will provide entertainment at the Irwin Park Bandshell. Then, The Divas, Chicago’s newest all female fronted pop cover group takes the stage at 7 p.m. The band showcases powerhouse vocals, infectious choreography, and captivating stage presence. Playing the hits from popular female artists past and present, including Aretha Franklin, Whitney Houston, Beyoncé, Lady Gaga, Cher and more, The Divas are sure to have you dancing and singing along all night long.

Admission to Pride Fest is free. Participants are encouraged to bring blankets or lawn chairs. Food, beverages and alcohol will be available for purchase from vendors; outside alcohol is prohibited.
