Jesse Jackson Jr. and his wife, former Chicago Alderman Sandi Jackson, will not be sentenced Wednesday, as previously planned, reports the Sun-Times Media.

The delay comes neither from Jesse nor Sandi, but rather U.S. District Judge Amy Berman Jackson who requested more time to "accommodate the Court."
The new sentencing date is still pending, according to reports.
