Domestic Incident At Kim Foxx's House Results In No Arrests: Reports
Foxx's husband dialed 911 during a dispute last Saturday, according to outlets that cited a police report.

FLOSSMOOR, IL — No arrests were made last weekend after police responded to the suburban home of Cook County State's Attorney Kim Foxx, multiple news outlets reported Friday.
According to a police report obtained by the Chicago Tribune, Foxx's husband called 911 just after 10 p.m. Saturday, and told police that his wife threw a video game controller, blocked him from leaving a bathroom and slapped him in the face during a dispute.
Police said an officer used a flashlight to check Kelley Foxx's left cheek, where he told officers he'd been slapped as his wife was "being physically aggressive," but did not see a mark, according to NBC.

According to the police report, Kim Foxx admitted to putting her hands on her husband, but said it was to "help guide him out of the house," NBC reported.
Before police left, both Foxx and her husband chose to remain at the home, and the police report said the couple told them they'd been together for more than 20 years and that things had "never been physical."
