No Injuries In Fire At Home In Homewood
The residents were home at the time of the fire, which was contained quickly.
HOMEWOOD, IL — No one was injured when a fire broke out at a home in Homewood on Wednesday. The residents were home , in the 19000 block of South Loomis Avenue, at the time of the fire and damage was contained to one level, according to village of Homewood spokeswoman Mary Jane Maharry.
Homewood fire units were helped by the fire departments in Glenwood, Flossmoor and Hazel Crest in putting out the blaze.
