Open Seats Remain At Cancer Support Center's Texas Hold 'Em Tourney
Registration is ongoing for the Feb. 8 event to be held at Balagio Ristorante in Homewood. Proceeds benefit Cancer Support Center.
HOMEWOOD, IL — Spots still remain in a popular Texas Hold 'em tournament, to benefit a local and essential nonprofit.
The Cancer Support Center, a pillar of the Homewood community for over 30 years, is hosting its 21st Annual Texas Hold’em Poker Tournament to raise critical funds for its mission of providing services at no cost to anyone impacted by cancer.
The tournament will be held on Saturday, February 8, at the Balagio Ristorante, 17501 Dixie Hwy in Homewood. The entrance fee for players is $175, and spectators can attend for $50.

The ticket price for both includes four hours of open bar (beer and wine) and for players a chance to win a share of over $5,000 in cash and prizes awarded to the final table participants.
Doors open at 4:30 p.m., and play begins promptly at 5:30 p.m.
