The following retail theft reports are from the Homewood Police Department. An arrest is not an indication of guilt.

Kohl's

Marco Dunmars, 28, of Chicago was charged with retail theft at 4:36 p.m. on March 12. Dunmars concealed an item and exited the store without making payment for the merchandise, which had a total retail value of $50.

Steven Giuliani, 25, of the 17500 block of Hillside Avenue was charged with retail theft at 8:40 p.m. on March 14. Guiliani concealed items and exited the store without making payment for the merchandise, which had a total retail value of $89.

Christopher Philbee, 34, of Harvey was charged with retail theft at 8:49 p.m. on March 16. Philbee concealed items and exited the store without making payment for the merchandise, which had a total retail value of $173.94.

Home Depot

Patrick Cunningham, 47, of Hoffman Estates was charged with retail theft at 12:23 p.m. on March 17. Cunningham utilized the self-check-out register and proceeded to the exit area without making payment for all the merchandise in the shopping cart, which had a total retail value of $93.93.

At 10 a.m. the same day, utilized the self-check-out register and proceeded to the exit area without making payment for all the merchandise in the shopping cart, which had a total retail value of $49.97. Cunningham was taken into custody when he returned to the store later that day.

Target

Devin Harris, 27, of Park Forest was charged with retail theft and criminal damage to property at 6:15 p.m. on March 17. Harris concealed an item and exited the store without making payment for the merchandise, which had a total retail value of $49.99. Harris also damaged the security packaging of two other products.
