HOMEWOOD, IL — Shots were fired in Homewood late Monday night, according to police.

Around 11:58 p.m., police said officers responded to the 18300 block of Hood Avenue after receiving reports of shots fired. When authorities arrived, police said they found shell casings on the street.

No one was injured, and no property damage was located, police said.
