Stabbing Victim In 'Targeted Attack' ID'ed As Wisconsin Man
The victim of a fatal stabbing in Homewood Saturday has been identified.
HOMEWOOD, IL — A Wisconsin man has been identified as the victim of a fatal stabbing in Homewood early Saturday.
Donnell Eugene Neal Jr., 32, of Madison, died from a stab wound to the right thigh, the Cook County Medical Examiner said.
Authorities were called to the 19100 block of Pierce Court shortly after 3 a.m. for a stabbing report. After officers arrived, the victim was taken to South Suburban Hospital, where he died from his wounds, authorities said.

Authorities said the stabbing was a targeted attack and there is no ongoing threat to the community.
