HOMEWOOD, IL — A Country Club Hills man faces a pair of retail theft charges in connection to two separate incidents reported at the Target in Homewood two days apart earlier this month.

Homewood police arrested Carlos Sept on March 11, when authorities say he returned to the store he is accused of stealing from two days earlier.

Police said Sept hid a number of items worth $77.38 and left the store at 17605 S. Halsted St. at 5:41 p.m. on March 9. Before he was arrested two days later, police said Sept "passed the final point of purchase" without paying for other items worth $95.98.
