Wedding Rings Stolen

About $1,500 worth of wedding and engagement rings were stolen from a home in the 18300 block of May Street, according to a report. A man came to the door of a woman's house and told her he was going to pump out the neighbor's flooded basement and into her backyard. The man claiming to be working on the neighbor's house then led the woman to the backyard. When the homeowner returned to the house, she checked upstairs and discovered three wedding rings and two engagement rings missing from the bedroom. All of the draws had been pulled out.
