Woman Dies in Thanksgiving Day Crash on I-80/94
She was a passenger in a car that slammed into a wall Thursday afternoon.
A Thanksgiving Day crash on I-80/94 claimed the life of a female passenger whose car hit a wall in the eastbound lanes. The crash took place at about 3 p.m. in Lansing, according to the State Police. The passenger was in her 50s but her identity has not yet been released. She was taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn and pronounced dead at 6:10 p.m.
