AIR MANAGEMENT SERVICES IS HOLDING HOLIDAY FOOD PANTRY COLLECTION

MARENGO, IL, NOV 1, 2022— Beginning in October, Air Management Services, a Heating, Cooling
and Plumbing Service company from Marengo, is giving each of our customers the opportunity join
them in a donation to local food pantries in Marengo, Woodstock, Huntley, Harvard, Crystal Lake
and Genoa. They are asking for a minimum of a $2 donation to support local food pantries on every
service call they go on. The total amount of donations will be matched by Air Management before
distributing the funds to the food pantries.

Now more than ever, the local food pantries need support as the cost of groceries continues to rise
and families struggle to feed their families. After speaking with Bob Pierce, president of the
Woodstock Food Pantry, he indicated that cash is preferrable to cans for several reasons. “We have
greater buying power than someone going to their local grocery store”, said Pierce, “for instance we
can get about 20 boxes of cereal for the same cost as one at the Jewel.” Pierce added “cash also gives
us the ability to purchase fresh foods, including produce and does not take up space”.

After a couple weeks of collecting with great success, we are looking forward to being a small part
of the community helping to make a big difference this holiday season. “It is great to include our
great customers in this fundraising event as well.” said Mark Andersen, president of Air
Management. “It helps build a stronger bond between service provider and customer to make an
impact for those in need.”
