14-Year-Old Lured Through Internet Into Sexual Abuse: Cops
She was picked up at Plainfield Central High School and then sexually abused, police said.
PLAINFIELD, IL — A 14-year-old girl was lured away from Plainfield Central High School by a 21-year-old man who sexually abused her, police said.
Lockport resident Justin Bell was arrested Wednesday and jailed on charges of aggravated criminal sexual abuse, the indecent solicitation of a child and traveling to meet a minor.
Bell enticed the teen online, according to a criminal complaint on file in Will County court, then traveled to Plainfield Central to get her so he could sexually abuse her.
Bell, who was working at a taco place in Lockport at the time of his arrest, remains in custody at the county jail. His bond was set at $100,000.
