2nd Person Arrested In Merichka's Shootout On Theodore: Chief
Both men face charges of aggravated discharge of a firearm, aggravated unlawful use of a weapon and reckless discharge of a firearm.

CREST HILL — The Crest Hill Police Department announced it has captured a second shooter involved in last month's daytime violence on Theodore Street, a crime that destroyed the windows for a fitness club in Joliet and left several bullets lodged in the windows and walls of the Merichka's restaurant.
Police Chief Ed Clark said 25-year-old Joliet resident Dionne D. Neal was arrested Tuesday on a warrant obtained by the Crest Hill Police Department. Neal was arrested in Joliet by members of the Will County Sheriff’s Office and taken to the Will County Adult Detention Facility, pending a court appearance.
Neal was identified through the investigation as one of the shooters involved in the April 2 incident. Dylan Debolt, 20, was already arrested on April 19 in connection with the same shooting. Debolt was arrested in Georgia.

Both of the young men face charges of aggravated discharge of a firearm, aggravated unlawful use of a weapon and reckless discharge of a firearm.
"We would like to thank the community for their help in providing information to help resolve this case. We would also like to thank the Fayette County Georgia Sheriff’s Office, the Joliet Police, and the Will County Sheriff’s Office for their assistance in this case," Chief Clark added.
