$500,000 Bond For Janitor Charged With Secret St. Francis Ladies' Room Recording
The janitor also allegedly made a secret recording of his fiancee's two daughters as they changed in a bathroom.

A janitor charged with secretly recording women as they used a University of St. Francis restroom was returned to jail Tuesday afternoon on a $500,000 bond.
Frederick Brown, 44, also surreptitiously recorded the daughters of his fiancee, police said. Officers reportedly found recordings of the young women, ages 19 and 20, changing their clothes in a bathroom at their home.
Brown was hit with a felony charge of unauthorized video recording for allegedly taping the daughters. He was only charged with misdemeanor unauthorized video recording for the alleged incident at the university.

Brown’s creepy scheme unraveled Monday morning when a university employee found his camera in a restroom, police said. The woman had reportedly used the restroom noticed a light flashing from what appeared to be a pen.
On further inspection, the woman discovered the device was actually a camera and she called the police.

Officers viewed the video on the camera and reportedly saw the woman who found it, as well as others who had used the restroom. Video of the two daughters was on the camera as well, police said, and Brown inadvertently recorded himself placing the camera in the St. Francis restroom.
Brown surrendered to the police within hours of the camera’s discovery but reportedly refused to speak to officers.
