573 Joliet Apartments Under Construction Near New Hollywood Casino Joliet, Here's What's Coming Also

JOLIET, IL — Just a few weeks at Joliet's new Hollywood Casino marked its huge grand opening celebration, there is even more buzz and excitement brewing at Joliet's new Rock Run Collections development.

Over the past week, construction has started for the 573 new apartments that are being built on the land adjacent to the Hollywood Casino Joliet. However, not all the apartments are being built at this moment. The apartments are expected to be built in phases.

The 310-acre development is near Interstate 80 and Interstate 55 and features 573 multi-family units. "Residents will enjoy upscale living at The View, the development's multi-family offering, with shopping, dining and entertainment all just steps away," the Rock Run Collection brochure touts.

Ricky Rockets Fuel Center Recommended for Joliet Liquor License

In addition to the construction of the 573 new apartments, the Joliet City Council planned to approve a liquor license for the yet-to-be built new Joliet gas station, called the Ricky Rockets Fuel Center.

The Ricky Rockets will be built at 1250 Rock Run Crossings across the road from the new Chipotle Mexican Grill restaurant building that is done, but has not opened for business, yet.

There are 11 Ricky Rockets Fuel Centers located around the United States with 10 are here in Illinois, according to the business website.
