Already Jailed For Child Porn Case, Plainfield Man Indicted on Predatory Criminal Sexual Assault Charges
The Plainfield man has been in jail since November.

Timothy Lane, 46, was charged with the predatory criminal sexual assault of a child younger than 13 and criminal sexual assault of a child younger than 13.
Lane was arrested after his wife found a video on his phone of “him having oral sex” with an 11-year-old girl, according to court papers.
At the time, Lane was charged only with creating and possessing child pornography. Lane’s attorney in the child pornography case is former Will County Public Defender Frank Astrella, who retired earlier this year amid allegations of sexual harassment brought by two assistant public defenders. The two assistant public defenders sued Astrella in federal court.
Lane's bond for the child pornography case was set at $1 million.
