The Joliet man was shot to death on Fairmont Avenue.
Another Joliet man was shot to death on the Hill Saturday.
Russell Mitchell, 22, was shot on Fairmont Avenue.
Mitchell was taken to Silver Cross Hospital in New Lenox. He was pronounced dead there shortly before 8 p.m.

The Will County Sheriff’s Department is investigating the slaying. The department did not immediately respond to a call for comment.
