Anthony's Restaurant and Pub Intoxicated Customer Arrested: JPD

Upon arrival at 1:55 a.m., Joliet police officers located 33-year-old Michael Gallegos in the parking lot.

JOLIET — The Joliet Police Department made an arrest this past weekend at Anthony's Restaurant and Pub, located near the Louis Joliet Mall.

According to the arrest logs, Michael Gallegos, 33, of Joliet was arrested and released on his Notice to Appear related to charges of criminal trespass and obstructing a peace officer.

Joliet police said that around 1:55 a.m. on April 27, officers responded to Anthony’s Restaurant and Pub at 3151 Voyager Lane for a man refusing to leave the property.

The officers found Gallegos in the parking lot. Gallegos appeared intoxicated and refused multiple commands from the Joliet officers to leave the property, police said, adding that Gallegos was placed into custody without incident.
