JOLIET, IL — The Joliet police arrested these two people. After they were arrested, they were booked into the Will County jail.
- Helen Locher, 59, of Joliet was arrested on charges of domestic battery and resisting police.
- Julio Lopes, 32, of Joliet was arrested on charges of driving under the influence, driving on a revoked or suspended license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, disregarding a stop sign, and obstructing justice.
