Boyfriend Repeatedly Stabbed Gal Pal and Then Stole Her Wallet: Cops

A Shorewood man repeatedly stabbed his girlfriend before stealing her wallet, police said.

Arthur Lee Knox, 52, stabbed his girlfriend multiple times in the neck, shoulder and abdomen Monday morning, police said. The girlfriend was hospitalized and is expected to survive.

Knox allegedly made off with the woman’s wallet after cutting her up.

Knox was jailed on charges of attempted murder, aggravated robbery and aggravated domestic battery. He was scheduled to appear in court Tuesday afternoon.
