JOLIET, IL — Joliet's commercial real estate market continues to heat up as more business properties along West Jefferson Street and Larkin Avenue become available. One of the newest listings happened this week at 1204 West Jefferson St. It's the Vardal Survey and Laser Systems property.

Coldwell Banker's David Roth is the listing agent for the building, which encompasses 6,135 square feet. The asking price is $400,000. LoopNet lists the one-story brick building as a retail property. The property includes 15 parking spaces.
