• Leticia Patino-Melendez, 21, of Joliet was arrested on a charge of retail theft.

• Naim Sulejmani, 53, of Joliet was arrested on a Kane County warrant.

• William Washington, 21, of Joliet was arrested on a charge of violating an order of protection.
