Creepy Ex-Boyfriend Jailed For Sending Sex Video to Former Lover’s Dad: Cops
The Bolingbrook man was wanted on the felony charge for nearly two months.

JOLIET, IL — A spiteful ex-boyfriend was locked up for sending a sex video he made with his former lover to the woman’s father, police said.
Nicholas Jocius, 31, was booked into custody Monday afternoon on charges of disseminating a sexual image without consent and violating an order of protection. He appeared in court the following day and his bond was set at $25,000.
Prosecutors filed the sexual image charge — a felony — nearly two months ago, after his 36-year-old former girlfriend filed for a protective order against him.

In her June petition, Jocius’ ex told how she broke up with him three months prior, but he suddenly started calling and texting her, and threatened to send their sex video to her father.
“He sent me the video then said, ‘Who first your family or your friends?’” the woman said.

“He then sent me a screenshot showing me that he did in fact send my father the sex video,” she said.
Jocius also “laughed and sent a big smiley face,” she said.
“Nicholas then said, ‘Who is next? I am off today and this should be fun,’” the Bolingbrook woman said.
Three days after he sent the video to his ex-girlfriend’s father, Jocius texted and emailed her his apologies, the woman said. The following day, he called her father “to say he was sorry for sending him the sex video of me and Nicholas.”
After the woman obtained her protective order against Jocius, he allegedly violated it.
Jocius remains in custody at the Will County jail.
The Bolingbrook police investigated the cases against Jocius but the Will County Sheriff’s Department was listed as the agency that finally took him into custody, according to jail records.
