Do You Know Who These Alleged Puppy Thieves Are?

JOLIET, IL — The Joliet Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying two people believed to have stolen $1,400 worth of merchandise from a business on Plainfield Road.
Police believe the same people are responsible for the theft of a puppy from Furry Babies inside the Louis Joliet Mall days later.
