The Joliet City Council Tuesday night meeting agenda does not specify exactly where in the Louis Mall the El Flamingo is going. There was some confusion even on the TikTok as people wondered whether it's replacing the empty TGI Friday or the empty Cajun Boil & Bar. After some disagreement, it appears the El Flamingo is moving into the old Cajun Boil, not the TGI Friday.
