Empty Carson's Awaits 2nd Online Auction At Louis Joliet Mall
Back in October 2020, the starting bid for the online auction was established at $550,000. Now, it's even lower than that.

JOLIET, IL — One year after Joliet Patch reported the vacant Carson's Pirie Scott property at the Louis Joliet Mall was the focus of an online auction, the property will be the focus of another online auction in November.
This time, it's a different real estate broker trying to sell the property.
According to the listing on LoopNet, the starting bid will begin at $500,000. The Carson's has been empty for the past three years. The two-story building, constructed in 1978, encompasses more than 126,000 square feet of retail space.
