Exposing Penis at Car Wash on Fourth of July Lands Romeoville Man in Hot Water With Law: Complaint
He exposed his penis while in a car at the $3 Express Wash, the complaint said.

ROMEOVILLE, IL — A Romeoville man exposed his penis while he was in a car at a $3 Express Wash on the Fourth of July, according to a criminal complaint filed in Will County court.
John Marin, 39, faces a charge of public indecency in connection with his alleged indiscretion at the South Weber Road car wash.
Marin “knowingly exposed his penis” while in a vehicle at the $3 Express Wash and did it “with the intent to arouse or satisfy his sexual desire,” the complaint said.

Marin remains at large. The warrant for his arrest carries a $20,000 bond.
A woman identifying herself as Marin’s wife answered the phone at their residence Friday afternoon. Marin did not respond to a message left with her.
