Flea Market Shopper Shot By BB Gun Set On Display Table: Lawsuit
He touched the BB gun, the BB gun went off and he got hit, the lawsuit said.

A flea market shopper was shot by a BB gun he happened to touch, according to a lawsuit filed in Will County court.
Donald Koester sustained “great pain and suffering and a loss of a normal life” after he was hit by the BB on May 23, 2015, the lawsuit said.
Koester is suing the Will County Fair Association and Jerry Rossen. Rossen was running a flea market on the county fairgrounds in Peotone on that fateful date, according to the lawsuit.

Koester “made contact” with a BB gun that was “being offered for sale on a display table at the flea market,” the suit said.
The BB gun went off and Koester got hit, the lawsuit said, although it did not specify where on his person.
