Gambler Punched Guard in Chest After He Wouldn't Go Away: Cops

He made a scene while he was playing cards and then wouldn't leave, police said.

JOLIET, IL — A Tinley Park man punched a Harrah’s security guard in the chest after he was told to leave the casino Saturday night, police said.

Jeffrey Feliszak, 38, was jailed on charges of aggravated battery, aggravated assault and obstructing justice in connection with the alleged scene he made at the downtown casino.

Officers sent to Harrah’s about 9 p.m. found Feliszak already in custody in a casino detention room, police said. He was allegedly throwing his body against a wall and threatened both guards and police.

Feliszak had been asked to leave the casino after he became unruly, police said. He reportedly refused to go and punched a security guard in the chest.
