Girl Groped at Louis Mall: Cops
A Joliet man faces felony charges for allegedly groping a girl at the mall.
JOLIET, IL — A Joliet man allegedly groped a girl at the Louis mall.
Justin Colnar, 35, was charged with aggravated battery in connection with the alleged April 8 incident.
Colnar touched a minor’s breast and rubbed her thigh, according to a criminal complaint on file in Will County court.
Colnar remains at large. The warrant for his arrest carries a $25,000 bond.
