Green Truck-Driving Gunman Shot Up Joliet Bar, For Some Reason: Cops
The gunman put a bullet in the roof but failed to hit anyone or anything else, police said.
A gunman driving a green truck shot up an East Washington Street bar last week, police said.
The shooter put a bullet in the roof of Gerry’s Place but failed to hit anyone or anything else in the March 7 gun attack.
An employee of the bar reportedly told Will County deputies that a man driving a green truck stuck a handgun out the window and opened fire shortly before 5 p.m.
Police provided no information about what led up to or may have prompted the shooting.
