At 3:32 p.m., officers responded to a residence in the 100 block of Comstock Street for a burglary in progress. Honiotes had allegedly entered an enclosed porch at the residence, rummaged through belongings, and removed clothing items, English said.

He said the officers found Honiotes nearby and his clothes matched the description provided by the caller. Honiotes had clothing items reported stolen from the residence, police said.
