He Kept Bothering People At The County Jail And Wouldn't Go Away, So They Locked Him Up There: Cops
The man bothered people in the jail lobby and threatened to kill a clerk, police said.

Dannie L. Smith, 61, was ordered to get out of the jail lobby Monday afternoon but stuck around anyway, police said. When he finally left, he allegedly threatened a clerk and dragged his hand across his neck as if he was slashing his throat.
City cops called to the county jail reportedly found Smith walking up Ottawa Street. He allegedly cursed the officers and cocked his fist to punch one of them, so they took him to the ground and arrested him.
Smith was taken back to the jail and booked on charges of aggravated assault, resisting police, obstructing justice and disorderly conduct. He remained in custody Tuesday afternoon.
