Heroin Dealer Nabbed By Drug Agents: Cops
The Wilmington woman allegedly dealt heroin nine months ago but was only arrested over the weekend.
A Wilmington woman was jailed over the weekend for allegedly dealing heroin nine months ago.
Kathleen Tutterow, 24, was booked into the Will County jail Saturday on charges of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance.
A criminal complaint filed in Will County court said Tutterow delivered heroin on two occasions in June.
The Metropolitan Area Narcotics Squad investigated Tutterow, according to county records, and she was arrested by the Wilmington police.
Tutterow’s bond was set at $250,000.
