A teen who claimed he was armed with a handgun held up a minor and stole his hoverboard, police said.
Thurman Malone, 19, was arrested last week and booked into the Will County jail.
The Park Forest teen spent a night behind bars before he was released on $30,000 bond.

Malone indicated “verbally or by his actions” that he was armed with a handgun when he stole the hoverboard, according to a complaint on file in Will County court.
Court papers do not specify the age of Malone’s alleged victim. He is identified only as a minor with the initials M.A.H.
