These Illinois Stores Sold Winning Powerball Tickets
Two million-dollar winners, six $100,000 winners, and many $50,000 winners spread across the suburbs and Chicago neighborhoods.
A total of 45 prizes of $50,000 or more were won in Illinois through Wednesday night’s historic Powerball drawing, including two $1 milllion winners sold in Glenview and Schaumburg. In addition to the two $1 million winners, six $100,000 winning tickets and 37 $50,000 winning tickets were sold across Illinois.
The winning $1 million tickets have not yet been claimed. They were purchased at Citgo Food Mart, 915 Greenwood Road in Glenview, and the Newstand inside Woodfield Mall in Schaumburg. The players matched the first five numbers – 04 - 08 - 19 - 27 - 34 but not the Powerball: 10.

More than 893,000 prizes ranging from $4 to $100,000 were won in Illinois during last night’s drawing.

Stores that sold a $100,000 prize will receive a $1,000 bonus; stores that sold a $50,000 prize will receive a bonus of $500. Illinois Lottery players have one year from the drawing date to claim their Powerball prizes.
Thursday afternoon, the Illinois Lottery released the list of stores where the $100,000 and $50,000 prizes were sold.
