Jogger's Buttocks Disfigured By Dog: Lawsuit
The woman was bitten in the buttocks and thigh, and she also broke her heel, according to the lawsuit.

Allegedly injured jogger Elizabeth Erzinger sued the dog’s owner, Eric Strickland of Elwood.
Erzinger was jogging near Strickland’s home in April 2014 when a “2-year-old sable colored German shepherd” attacked her “without provocation” and “bit her on the right hamstring and gluteal areas, causing several bleeding puncture wounds, bruising, and a fractured heel,” the lawsuit said.
“Immediately after the attack,” Erzinger was in a “state of fear and shock, severe pain and discomfort, and was bleeding upon herself, but managed to limp home and then get emergency medical treatment for her wounds,” the suit said.
Erzinger suffered “serious and permanent injuries and disfigurement to her buttocks and thigh,” as well as the fractured heel, according to the lawsuit.
